Unfortunately the market was shot down by the government otherwise Abdul’s skills and knowledge of realestate would have had this house sold a lot earlier. He was always thinking of different ways of attracting potential buyers through the door. When we finally got a buyer to put an offer in writing, Abdul got very proactive to meet up buyers rep to ensure he could get us the best price he possibly could.
