I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Abdul from Bombay Real Estate, and I feel compelled to share my disappointment. As a first-time buyer, I was looking forward to purchasing a home—a milestone achieved through years of hard work. However, the experience with Abdul and his team fell significantly below my expectations. From the outset, there were repeated instances of miscommunication and unfulfilled promises. Whenever I sought clarity or asked important questions, the most common response from Abdul was, “I’m not sure.” This lack of professionalism and preparedness made the entire process unnecessarily stressful. One particularly frustrating issue was the absence of a "Sold" sticker on the board, a small but meaningful gesture symbolizing a buyer’s accomplishment. Instead, the board was simply handed over to me, with no regard for the significance of this moment. Post-sale, the service deteriorated further. Abdul became unresponsive to calls, and emails went unanswered. When I attempted to escalate my concerns to the director, I was repeatedly told he was “busy in meetings.” While I understand that business professionals have demanding schedules, it is unacceptable for a client to be entirely ignored, especially after such a significant transaction. The lack of after-sale support is particularly disappointing. It left me feeling neglected and unimportant, despite investing my hard-earned money in this purchase. Instead of the joy and excitement one would expect after buying a house, my experience was overshadowed by frustration and disappointment. In conclusion, my experience with Abdul and Bombay Real Estate has been overwhelmingly negative. I hope this feedback encourages the company to reassess its approach to client communication and post-sale support. Buying a home should be a memorable and fulfilling experience, not a regrettable one.
