Communication is handled entirely through his assistant and team, with little direct engagement. Concerns are dismissed, and responsibility is avoided, often redirecting you to lawyer instead. I found the experience frustrating, with poor communication, uncertainty around settlement, and a lack of professionalism and respect throughout.
