Abhay Kapur

Abhay Kapur was our first contact with the team at Ray White Parramatta when we attended an auction to “get the feel” of the market. We told him that we weren’t there to buy, we were just curious to see the public interest and possible selling price. After the meet, greet and bidding process was completed, he came back to us and we discussed our future plans to sell and the timeline we had in mind. He set the wheels in motion for further discussions with the Ray White Parramatta team of experts. What really impressed us about Abhay is how he worked within the team. He promoted the strengths and knowledge of others in the team by working in collaboration not competition to achieve our goal. He contributed at round table discussions, listened to our concerns and offered advice based on his experiences. Early on Saturday mornings he could be seen in a track suit or shorts hammering in signs at street corners advertising our open house. But when it came time to our open house, there he was with a big smile, the welcoming, knowledgeable, approachable professional who greeted us months before.
