From a buyers experience, this was not enjoyable at all and this was our 3rd property purchased, so we have some experience. Landscaping not done and keys missing when we went to do the final inspection so had to go back at 7pm at night. We have had to take ownership of the property with overgrown gardens, despite multiple promises of it being done before settlement. Key handover was done by leaving them in the power box and a congratulations phone call, nothing more. Extra conditions placed on us due to the agent claiming a previous buyer didn't have finance approved and the purchase fell through, so that became our fault? Hope to never deal with this agency again
