I recently sold my property with the help of Abhi, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. From our first meeting, I was impressed by his youthful energy, honesty, and respectful demeanor. Communication was outstanding throughout the entire process. Abhi was always proactive with updates and never missed a call, which made me feel very well-informed and supported. I also appreciated his patience explaining the details, the pros and the cons of every decision i had to make.

Abhi was always professional and took the time to keep in touch through the process before and after while also working with myself and the seller to come to a decision we are both happy with. From the moment I met Abhi, I felt that he was genuine in his approach. He took his time to take me through the property at my request. I had lost faith in real estate agents due to the previous treatment I received just prior to meeting Abhi. However, upon sharing with Abhi about the experience I received he made me feel comfortable and at ease. He was very well presented, spoke in a very calm manner and explained the process in detail. I distinctly remember sending a late night message to Abhi upon receiving a strata report only for him to respond (out of hours). Whilst I didn’t expect a response at all, it just proved that he was going above and beyond to ensure I felt at ease! He was very transparent throughout the process and extremely honest. Never once did I feel like he was playing games. Buying and/or selling is very stressful but Abhi made sure it was as smooth as possible. I would have no hesitation in recommending anyone to Abhi. He is not your typical “pushy, abrupt or dodgy” real estate!
