In the end we were happy with the sales procedure carried out by Abi Freeman and Sam Monks. Although we were dubious at first at the method of advertising at a lower price than we expected to get, this did, in the end, prove valid as we received a price close to what we had hoped. We realise that our tenants made the whole process difficult by restricting access to the property but once they vacated the property the selling process moved quickly after just one open day. We had not foreseen the need to have the vacant property professionally dressed and the extra cost was unexpected, but this seemed to be necessary for the attractive presentation of the property. We found Abi very knowledgeable as well as enthusiastic. She answered all our queries fully and was available at any time.

Abi we haven't known you long but we do know you now. We are glad that we went with you in the Sale of our home in Kingston. It was for us a good choice. We got to know you, not just the agent but you, and you got to know us not just the Vendor but us. Selling a home can be like parting company with an old friend especially if you have lived there long it's personal. Although Abi works for the seller, and not us, the buyers, we were very impressed with her professionalism. This was a well contested property and Abi made sure we were informed of developments in a timely way, but also held to agreements which had been reached as the sale progressed. Very happy to deal with her again as either vendor or purchaser.
