Very happy with the service received.

As purchasers living overseas, we were very grateful for Abi's efforts, whilst acknowledging that she was employed by the vendors. All communications were very prompt. Only comment is that an agent should refrain from making representations regarding the status of existing infrastructure and services unless they are genuinely aware of status etc. In our case, the inference from the advertising material was that the existing septic system was usable when, in fact, it no longer meets Council's requirements and will need to be removed. This said, we appreciate that this was at our risk as buyers.
