What a brilliant decision we made to entrust Abir Eddine to sell our home. When we decided to put our home on the market we wanted to talk to a minimum of 3 agents before we made a decision. By chance we received a text asking if we wanted a market appraisal for our home. We responded yes and Abir called back. We met and had a discussion. Instantly we were impressed with her extensive knowledge of the market. She was extremely professional with her presentation which left us impressed. We told her we would make more enquiries and get back to her. After she left we decided not to go anywhere else as we knew we had found an honest and diligent agent. She followed up as she said she would do but was never pushy and allowed us the opportunity to inform her of our decision without pressure. By the end of the campaign we saw that our decision was so correct. Abir laid out her plan and true to her word everything she said she would do happened and we achieved the desired result. It is a pleasure to see such a hard working and honest person working in such a tough industry. We felt included all through the campaign as Abir was always contactable and also ready to answer any questions. She is both honest and diligent and helped organise supplementary items over and above what is required when needed. We are not surprised that Abir works with LJ Hooker Padstow as we have dealt with them many times over the years and they have always held a high work ethic. Abir was a pleasure to deal with. She was accomodating in opening the property outside of listed hours, she was diligent in following up and she was very good in supporting my mum get the property she wanted.
