Able did what he said he would, when he said he would. He provided a range of price ranges: - is probably pushing a bit high but you never know until you try - could possibly be achieved if the right buyer was found - should be achieved given the current market conditions - would easily be achieved in today’s market The house sold at the bottom end of the "should be achieved given the current market conditions". We were happy.

Able made the process as smooth as it could be! Everything from constant contact to getting us the sale price we hoped for was nothing short of exceptional. Would highly recommend!
