Successful sale

I had tried on previous occasions to sell my property using another agent. What impressed me about Able was his knowledge of activity in the market; that he had a specific plan to generate interest in the property, was proactive and a strong communicator. He was also open to input and ideas from me as vendor. Ultimately I achieved a sale ahead of the planned auction date for a price in excess of what I would have settled upon. That's the ultimate test in my opinion.
