This we appreciated. 4. Able has personal staff that do the administration work for him. This was very professionally executed. 5. Every Thursday by email we received updated details of all interested parties and communication that had been received through the week on our property 6. Even when offers were made below our expectation Able always tried to achieve as close as possible to our expectations 7.
