Dear Abraham, I am lucky to meet you to purchase my new property in Berwick. You care for me very friendly and sincerely then, we are well settled thank to you. I will definitely recommend you when someone needs and hope that Eview agency keeps prosperous all the time. Great thanks Jason
I found Abraham to be very helpful and friendly and he really understood what we wanted, he was always easy to access and always returned our calls. He even came to my house to have a coffee to have a chat with some of our difficult issues we were having. Very good person.
To our young and good friend, we are almost at the end of the road, a few more days and we be gone. But we will remember the helpful and friendly behaviour of you, more than any realestate agent we ever met. Not only the total effort you have exerted to sell our home, but after completing the sale you still remained a friend. So keep up this attitude, and we believe you will have a great future. Margareth and John Toth.
To whom it may concern; Abraham Ibrahim is an outstanding character in his trade. His approach to sell the house and sell it to the right buyer was impressive. Not only he assured the property will be sold at a reasonable price also he made an effort to find the right buyer. His love to realestate business is commendable. i wish him every success in the future.
Amazing!! so happy with the way Abraham marketed our property, and executed the the sale all with in 3 weeks. His professional manner and knowledge of the area was of a very high standard. He made us feel relaxed and confident, during one of the most stressful things you can do,(selling your home). We would not hesitate in recommending Abraham to future people wanting to sell their homes.
Abraham has been a consistent support and exceeded expectations in terms of his communication and management of settlement. Abraham has been exceptional in his flexibility and always committed his utmost to ensure that any requests i had as the buyer, were not only meet but at times beyond what was requested. The only area for improvement would be his sale negotiation and providing clearer communication throughout the process of bidding, however his communication post sale has been of the highest calibre. I would be confident in recommending his professional service to potential clients in the future.
Abraham is a professional, his communication through out the process was amazing his knowledge of what to do and how to do it was great. Abraham explained to me on how to market my property at first I was a bit hesitant on spending that extra bit for top view which makes my property on top for a while, but now I'm glad I did it. The end result blew me away, Abraham sold my house for a lot more than I thought I could ever get for it. If you want honesty, hard working you need to choose Abraham.
Abraham made the purchase of our property a very rewarding experience. He is knowledgeable and looks out for both the vendor and the purchasers interest. He is gone above and beyond his duties during the purchasing process to make it as stress and issue free as possible. We have been on the market for a long time researching properties and I can say he is the best agent we got to deal with. Some times the process of buying a property is stressful and when you have someone like Abraham the whole process becomes a lot more easier. We were very lucky to deal with him and know him as an agent and as a person and we will highly recommend him to anyone who is looking to sell or buy. Thanks Abraham.. Very happy and grateful for all your help.
I recently I sold my house in Rosebud and came to Berwick to inspect a property that my son had found for me. The agent for the property which I purchased was Abraham Ibrahim and upon meeting him I was very impressed with him. He explained the new house to me and because he was not pushy or abrasive in his approach I loved the property because he let me look and he didn’t force his opinion on me. My son and I have been very impressed with every aspect of Abraham’s follow up’s to selling us the property. I would have no problem to recommend him to anyone. He is a fine sample of a young man and nothing has been too much to ask of him. Sincerely Lorraine Clooney
Ameal and Abraham showed us the property. They both were very professional and kind, we have been searching for a home to buy for a few months and have dealt with some very questionable agents, they knew what they where doing and made us feel very comfortable, answered all of our questions and even stayed with us in there office well outside of business hours as we put an offer in. Abraham sets the standered high for other agents, i highly recommend him to all of my friends and family and look forward to been able to use him again in the future!
Abraham Ibrahim
