Just wanted to thank Abraham and the Aurora Real Estate team for the incredibly straightforward and streamlined process of selling my property recently. Despite the pandemic the experience was stress-free from beginning to end and I was made to feel very comfortable and confident in the team the whole time. After being worn out by an agent from a different firm during the initial appraisal I reached out to Abraham who I found from a recommendation and my mind was put at ease almost instantly. There was absolutely no stereotypical greasy agent vibes, and I could tell from the first phone call I was going to be looked after and not put shoved through for a quick sale for a quick commission payout. It was obvious they had my best interests in mind. My property was probably on the lower end of their stock, but I was looked after and made to feel like I was selling a $3 million dollar property so I couldn't be happier with how things went! Communication was top notch and Abraham and the team went out of their way to make everything as simple as possible for me. Cannot fault Abraham and the team at Aurora for their reliability, professionalism and willingness to go above and beyond so I'd have no problems recommending them in future.
