Acted as a project manager in tracking the progess of the property's repairs/refurbishment in preparation for sale, as well as undertake the sales process while we the vendors were absent - interstate and overseas. We had unique circumstances surrounding the sale of our property, that did not fit in the mould of a typical sale.
