Abraham was great to work with - very methodical and didn't rush me through the process just to make a sale. Answered all my questions all through the process which often led to back and forth correspondence between myself, him and the vendor. Really appreciated his patience, especially when going over the detailed plans in the office which I think went for about 2 hours. I didn't really appreciate how essential that was to the process, and something not offered by other agents I've dealt with when looking at other off the plan properties.
