We recently bought a house at auction from Andrew and was professional from start to finish. He made us feel very comfortable with his personable communication style, enthusiasm, sincerity and his knowledge of the house itself (showing us the extra details). We would absolutely be wanting his services for selling of any properties we have in the future.
Andrew is one of teh most knowledgeable, communicative and responsive agents that we have had the pleasure of dealing with; there have been a few! Selling in a difficult climate with recent interest rates jitters was difficult, but Andrew made sure we were well represented despite being remote. This resulted in a successful sale at the upper end of realistic expectations.
We had spoken to a few agents and told them what we were wanting to achieve. Andrew was the only one that came fully prepared with an offer on the table. When that fell through with-in 24 hours we had another offer and above what we wanted. Sold in a week, off market and above what we wanted. We can't thank Andrew and his team enough for their help in this process!
Andrew has proven to be an exceptional individual and professional. He turned the stressful experience into a very smooth and thoroughly positive experience. He guided us through the process with respect, warmth as well as confidence reflective of his extensive experience and deep knowledge of the market. As a result he was able to give us a valuable and effective advice and did his absolute best to ensure the best outcome for our family. His professional knowledge and personal qualities such as integrity, reliability and trustworthiness make him an exceptional agent therefore we would recommend him and his friendly and reliable team to anybody who wants the best results and personal and professional approach.
Andrew is friendly and professional at the same time. Very happy with communication throughout the purchasing process. Keep up good quality service Thanks
Andrew has been super professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with form the very first day. he has given very good advise in the sale of our property and would definitely recommend his services to anyone.
Andrew from the first time I met him until the sale of the house he was oustanding. He was at the beginning a great communicator until the end (every day he would either call or e-mail or text me with progression of sale). At the beginning when I first asked him to sell my property,I thought he knew his profession well BUT as I write this review I now KNOW that he certainly does. At the Auction of the house he tried to get every dollar for the sale. I have been to other auctions and they tended to sell quickly but I witnessed the perceverence resulted in overall sale well above the reserve. He showed that he CARES for his clients. I would have no doubts in referring Andrew to anyone. Thank you +++++
I highly recommend Andrew Kyriacou. We purchased our home from Andrew, who went beyond the call of duty to make sure it happened and it was WIN-WIN for all parties concerned. Thank you Andrew.
Very effective communication and kept us in the loop with everything going on.
Thank Andrew for his patience in waiting for my late FIRB reply. My daughter and I apply for the FIRB at the same date. My daughter received reply within one week, however my application delay up to 5 week. Thank you for Andrews patience in keep waiting.
