Our experience with Andrew in selling our unit was second to none. He kept in constant communication with us and his professionalism and brilliant marketing techniques got us a result that exceeded our expectations in less than 2 weeks! We recommend Andrew to anyone in the property market as he makes what usually can be a stressful time a pleasant experience. We have nothing but praise to give to Andrew for the hard work and dedication he showed in our place as treated it like his own.

From the very first interaction with Andrew he demonstrated outstanding market knowledge and awareness, his advice on how to best prepare for the sale of our home was extremely valuable and relevant; we also found him very friendly, approachable and willing to clarify any doubts we may have had. His responses to us were always prompt and kept in contact regularly to provide further advice and updates. His preparation of the content needed to promote our property was very professionally done and it was engaging and creative, which, we believe, contributed to our property 'standing out'. His negotiating skills were extremely effective and greatly helped to ensure that we got an exceedingly great offer for our home. Overall outstanding and would recommend without hesitation.

Andrew gave me the trust and confidence on buying my first home! Good communications, clear guidance and always puts customers best of interest at first.
