Andrew has been very supportive throughout the process of buying a house. Was there for us to communicate whenever needed and has helped us with resources and insight on the market. very helpful would love to have association in future. Definitely would recommend anyone looking for a good agent around SA

My first experience with Andrew was 2 years ago when we sold our 2-bedroom unit at North Haven. We achieved a record for any comparable property in the Area by $70k. To say I was happy is an understatement. Fast forward 2 years and we just purchased a house that Andrew listed. Both experiences were the same. Professional, courteous and genuine. If you looking for an agent that's going to do the best for you Andrew is the guy.

We were referred to Andrew by our Property Manager when it was time to sell our investment property. Andrew was a true professional who provided market insight, access to trusted local trades and energy from afar. Andrew co-ordinated all of the actions, including staging, so that we could achieve a premium result. We have bought and sold a number of investments over the last decade, and Andrew has proven to be a shining light within the Real Estate Agent market. I can not recommend Andrew highly enough. I hope we are back in the Adelaide market soon so that we can work together again.

From the moment of hello and a brief chat, I walked away feeling this agent is ethical and professional with selling property. I was lucky to secure the property I made an offer on and Andrews genuine congratulations along with a thorough explanation of the purchasing and settlement process ensured my experience was filled with ease and not stress. Even when I made an error with using Realty Assist, Andrews team helped me resolve it and ensured everything went smoothly. Thank you

Andrew was very attentive and responsive. He was very prompt in responding to my queries and clarifications. His communication is consistent and his professionalism is reliable. I also appreciate that he went above and beyond to assist me in purchasing the townhouse. Absolutely and highly recommendable.

Andrew shows great customer service during out contact. He is patient and open to our questions and concerns. He has a lot of resources which help our transition go smoothly.

Andrew came highly recommended by our property manager, as we live interstate we had no connections to agents in the area. Andrew delivered!! His professionalism and communication was outstanding, proactive at every step of the way. One open home we had a number of offers and a sale within days at the price we wanted. Couldn't be happier and would definitely recommend Andrew & XSell Property if you are looking to sell your property.

Grateful for Andrew’s work ethic. Alleviated my worries with his sincerity towards achieving what is best. An outstanding outcome for the sale of my property thanks to his knowledge of the market trend, his genuine attentiveness to constantly communicate and his teams excellent collaborative effort. With only 1 inspection date, 1 week of sale that went smoothly and way above my expectation. 100 percent Highly recommendable!!!

Andrew and his team provided answers to all my enquiries, as well as helpful information about what to do after the auction.

Andrew had provided a superlative standard of service and was extremely proactive throughout the entirety of the sale. Sincerely appreciative of the opportunity to have had Andrew as our agent and would highly recommend.

Andrew has sold a couple of properties for us and what stands out is his amazing service and the relationships he builds with not only vendors but buyers! Can not thank him enough!

Andrew's exceptional expertise and dedication made selling my unit a remarkable success. His strategic approach and the tiered commission incentive motivated him to achieve outstanding results—I was thrilled to sell for an impressive $520k well above my already high expectations. Having poured my heart and soul into the renovation, I had set the bar high - Andrew not only met but exceeded it with his unparalleled commitment and professionalism. I highly recommend Andrew for anyone looking to achieve exceptional results in real estate.
