Excellent Service, Highly recommended. Andy offered candid and expert guidance, engaging in discussions with us to create a shared strategy and anticipated outcomes. he consistently provided us with updates, and I could always reach out to Andy. He supplied us with comprehensive reports and feedback after each property inspection. Andy is someone you can trust with your future.

Andy came and met with me as I had started the journey of finding a suitable agent to take over the sale of my Parents residence. It was after this meeting that I knew he would be the candidate that I would put my faith and trust in. It was not an easy journey given the existence of some logistical hurdles from start to finish. Andy was the ever most professional who took the lead and achieved an outcome well above our expectations. He always had my parents interest as his number one priority and for this I am grateful. He would be my number one recommendation if you are looking to sell your property and have a true professional achieve the results you are after.

My house was sold within 3 open home only! Andy is always a consistent performer to help me to reach my goals, deliver solid deals. Andy works so passionately to make sure we get the best value and positive experience from start to finish. He is responsible for identifying our needs, pitching relevant products or services in a very good way.

Andy keeps us informed of the marketing status very regularly and is very professional. Knows the market well and has good network and data base. Happy with his service and did not expect the unit to sell so fast

Andy and his team has provided professional skills about my property sale. They have maintained good quality customers and lead both vendor and buyer go through the process with high efficiency. An excelent experience about this sale!

Andy and his team worked very hard and pretty much round the clock in helping both Buyers and Sellers, fast and flexible responses. They can take care of everything needed to get the property ready for the market, ranging from organizing cleaning & gardening services to styling your property. His team probably has the most potential buyer database in North Shore, which pretty much guarantee that him and his team will be able to find you a buyer if you are selling. Thank you Andy.

Andy and his team handled the sales process professionally and smoothly, I'm selling interstate, the team managed the inspection, cleaning, arrange renovation, etc without any trouble. More importantly we sold the property with a satisfactory outcome. I will not hesitate to recommend Andy to sell your property.

Special thanks to Andy Yeung and Gracy Lin who have been working diligently to sell my unit, such a great team. Thanks for helping me to reach to my goal and we look forward to continuing our business relationship in future.

Andy and team helped with the sale of an investment apartment that we own. Throughout the process, Andy and team demonstrated great experience in this market, was able to advise timely and with patience on various matters associated with the sale, has always been professional and responsive in communications, and consistently executed its marketing and dealings with excellence. The successful sale of the property in this competitive market by itself is also a token of the great work that Andy and team delivers.

I heard that Andy Yeung was the top agent in the area and my recent experience completely validates this. He obtained a phenomenal price for my 2 bedder in Chatswood and also negotiated a tricky situation with the tenant. Courteous, efficient and dedicated even on a Sunday, he is a true professional. I cannot recommend him highly enough!

Andy was the vendor’s agent and as purchasers we appreciated his professionalism and responsiveness. When the negotiations stalled with the vendor, Andy made sure to check in and provide regular updates to keep the communications open and flowing which was particularly helpful. Ultimately we were able to purchase our first home for around the price we had hoped for. Thanks again Andy for your help!
