After meeting Andy for the first time my husband and I felt very confident that Andy would look after us. He was extremely respectful of our tenants and helped them prepare the apartment for the viewings. He was professional, knowledgable and has excellent negotiating skills which helped secure a buyer in 6 days with a well over expected price. We would highly recommend Andy Yeung.

Andy is professional and mature. He had demonstrated his knowledge of the area and kept us well informed of the sales process. He is an agent who acts with integrity and honesty. We enjoyed the process of our business dealing with Andy.

Andy has been of tremendous help, our situation was quite unique and difficult (not your typical property sale - some real estate agents are not up to the challenge) and still Andy worked with us, was accommodating and ultimately managed to achieve (and exceed) our expectations. His communications in terms of status updates, follow ups, etc helped everyone to remain focused and on target. His domain knowledge was also helpful, not only while trying to understand how to sell our property, steps involved and how much to expect, but also helped us to find alternatives to our situation. He even provided objective advice on the properties we wanted to buy as well.

He provided a lot of useful recommendation on how I should enhance the unit before selling. He arranged the first opening a few days after I moved out. The unit was sold in a week at a very satisfactory price.

Andy Yeung was referred to me by a friend and appointing him as my selling agent was the right decision. During the whole selling process, I often felt like I was Andy's only client. As a first time seller, I found Andy supportive, patient, trustworthy and encouraging in his efforts. He always answered my questions and I must admit I had quite a few. Andy always acts on tasks with urgency...he organised quotes and repair work for my property, liased with the tenant and provided a smooth selling experience. I did not have to worry and found Andy reliable. I would choose Andy again as my selling agent in the future. I would recommend Andy Yeung to anyone selling their property. You will be very happy and supported every step of the way! Thank you Andy!

Review of Andy Yeung: Andy knows the market and able to drive up the price to help seller having a good result. Andy is worth every cent of the agent fee and advertising fee. I now realize picking the top agent is very important as Andy has provided me hassle free experience throughout the process. Highly recommend Andy Yeung and for sure will sell through him again in the future. Sam"

Pros: Andy is a very hard working agent and capable of selling properties within a set timeframe. He is always available to answer my calls/emails even during odd hours. I would say Andy treats his work as part of his life and he is definitely a smart operator. His team members are very friendly and responsive. Photographer provided by Andy was excellent. Cons: Andy is very busy and fast pace. This may not work well for those require step-by-step handholding/education throughout the selling process, or if you require his full support above and beyond the core selling duty. Overall Andy is very focus at maximising selling prices and he is good at dealing with tricky properties. I will definitely consider his service again.

From the outset Andy was enthusiastic and positive about selling my property. He was personable and easy to deal with. The campaign started strongly with a couple of great offers which unfortunately fell through but Andy deligently worked on, following up any interest shown and keeping me in the loop as to progress. His efforts resulted in a fair offer in a market that has softened since last year's highs and I am very happy with the result and the service that Andy provided in getting the sale. I would recommend him to others.

Andy shows professionalism and commitment in his service to sell our unit in Artarmon. He gave us valuable and practical advice at the initial stage of our contact. He is patient and eager to establish long-term relationship with his clients as demonstrated in his sustained communications with us throughout these years. He has established good connections in the industry and was able to effectively guide us through the whole process from renovation to marketing campaign. He also closely updated us of the market situation including feedback of potential buyers and was finally able to receive multiple offers through his dedicated work. Andy has always been helpful and proactive and we were able to process the sale of our property at a very good value even we were overseas. We definitely recommend Andy to our friends and future vendors. Thanks again Andy for your dedication and efforts. Aminah and Pius

Andy is one of the most hard working agent I have ever met. Not only keeping me up to date with the sale of my unit, he delivers what he promised and follows it up straight away. I have no hesitation in recommending him.
