I recently commissioned Ant to sell our family home at Garden Island Creek after he was recommended to me. He is very approachable and from the outset he was enthusiastic about selling the home. Ant kept me updated throughout the process and had a contract on the home in just over a week. So if your thinking of selling a home I could not recommend him highly enough.

Ant was great to work with. He responded to emails and messages extremely quickly and was very helpful when we were making an offer on our new home.

The property was right for me and the offer was accepted with the help of Ant Manton.

Ant was an awesome real estate agent to deal with, he provided insightfull advice to me as I was a first home buyer. I would highly recommend him.

Honestly so grateful for Ant and all of the hard yards he and his team put in to get my purchase over the line. He has fantastic support and communication and solid advice. Because if this it made the process seamless and took so much stress out of the equation. Would recommend him for a purchase and will use him when the time comes to sell my property! Thanks for your hard work Ant. Appreciate what you and your team have done for my daughter and I.

Finding a good agent was always a worry being first time sellers and right from the start Ant Waa upfront and honest even with a troublesome tenant he worked the situation brilliantly, nothing was too much for him and he was always free for a chat. -Service 10/10 -Transparency 10/10 -Fees 10/10 (three is a reason he costs what he costs and I'd pay it all over again for his quality, he sells houses fast so his fees are worth it) Thank you Ant and the team, will look forward to doing business with you again in the future.

Ant couldn't have been more patient and understanding with us if he tried. It took us some time to prepare to list, and Ant waited patiently. When we were finally ready to go, and then in a rush, he did everything at an extreme pace. Our listing time to having a signed contract was less than a week, making getting our dream home purchase on the other end happen. We couldn't have asked for a better experience from Ant and his team. I would recommend him to anyone looking at selling or buying. We have encountered many agents in the last year while looking at different properties, and none compare or match Ant's energy and enthusiasm. We met at an open home of a property he was selling months before, and I couldn't forget how helpful and friendly he was on the day. I truly believe having a friendly, approachable agent is a must.

Ant and team had our confidence from day one. The decision to sell was a big one for us and Ants approach helped us feel comfortable and supported. The team are excellent communicators and most importantly, they do what they say they’ll do. We would recommend Ant and team in a heartbeat. Don and Tracey.

Ant is a confident and energetic agent who did his very best in a difficult market to sell the property. Would recommend him and use him again.

Ant’s knowledge, communication and professionalism could not be faulted.

We found Ant to be very professional and helpful in his approach to us buying our unit. We would highly recommend Ant
