We purchased some land through Ant and were very disappointed with his service. Standard Condition 6 in the contract says that the vendor must remove all items not included in the sale ie rubbish. I would have thought that an agent would know a sale contract back to front and advise his client appropriately but unfortunately after 'radio silence' from Ant and his vendor, we had to proceed with the settlement. When we flew to Tasmania to view the land, Ant didn't come and meet us. He talks the talk, loves his 'ant emojis' and automated text sign offs but failed to do the real work of an agent.
We have had dealt with Ant over 6 years on 3 different dealings and have had highly satisfactory results in each of them. He is very efficient, open, provides accurate advice, get the job done and produces results.
