A really good salesman, particularly in real estate, is someone who really is interested in you, the seller. What does "really interested" mean? Someone who wholeheartedly recognises the role they play in the seller achieving what they want to achieve. Your salesman is that vehicle. We had to meet a few salesman in order to find one that we felt completely understood our unique home, how many improvements over the years and how we worked on it's presentation in every detail, and someone we could discuss the finer and sometimes more difficult details about selling and marketing our property. Let me introduce our pick.... Ant Manton of Ray White Rapid Response Unit. What an absolute pleasure to find that piece of gold in all that is not gold! Ant got us and our property. He always followed up on every detail, kept us informed of all progress, maintained his professional representation of us at every level, kept the inconvenience of having a home on the market to a minimum and got us what we wanted in a scarey Covid19 market within a week of the property going on the market. What more could you want from a real estate agent, a car maybe? Lol Ant also offered the opportunity of the Mataport 3D camera system which is brilliant allowing prospective buyers to walk around and look at the property from their armchairs, indeed some people like that and some people don't.....it's your choice how the property is marketed all the way. So again I say "What more could you want from a real estate agent, a car maybe? " Lol We'd go Ant everytime. It's a pity we cannot take him with us interstate😫
