I would not hesitate in recommending Ant if you are interested in selling. He came in, assessed, chatted (but not too much) and got the job done! Not one that came in after a few weeks pestering to put your price down, just silently did his job. In saying that the team would let us know after each open home and viewing how it went, and we would also receive a report on the viewings. He did such a good job at selling, we hadn't even found a house to relocate to, but he has always kept in contact with new listings, and consistently, which was great.
