We have used Adam as our agent a number of times over the years for buying, selling and renting. When , recently, we sold my 93 year old mum’s house we didn’t even ask another agent to appraise- we just went straight to Adam because we know he is completely straightforward, honest ,polite and efficient and we had no desire to take any chances with someone we didn’t know. This was in stark contrast to the agent who we were forced to deal with when purchasing Mum’s next house 6 weeks later ( who I will review separately).
