Disappointed with the timeframe arranged for the sale of the house and the chosen auction date. House was drastically undersold due to the fact that only 5 weeks notice was given to buyers from date of signage posted to date of auction. Very pushy service that was not in the best interest of all parties involved.

Adam was extremely professional in all my dealings with him and the negotiations buying the house went smoothly and were stress free and I was able to buy the house prior to auction even though the vendor was keen to go to auction, I couldn't be happier with the outcome.
