After speaking with Phil and Jared at Belle Property for the first time, we knew immediately they were right for us. We liked their easy going manner, but could tell they would also be focused and professional in dealing with our property. The whole process from the agreement date to the auction day was executed very professionally and with ease. Communication was consistent and thorough. When our property did not sell at auction Phil was calm and reassuring without making any false promises. During the following two weeks the team showed their true grit; monitoring the market, adapting our opens to what was going on in the neighbourhood and all the while communicating consistently with us. By this time we had resigned ourselves to a price lower than we hoped for. Consistent and steadfast reassurance by Phil that they would continue to aim for the best possible result, was realised on the day of the sale where their experience and knowledge of the interested buyers specific to our property saw the house sell for above our revised expectations in an unpredictable market.
