I would happily recommend Adam Bates. He is genuine, professional & does an excellent job. We had 2 small children during the sale of our property and Adam understood the demands placed on a family during the open house process. He went out of his way to help and make the process a smooth one including raking the backyard after a significant storm for an open house the next morning. His friendly nature and commitment to service are his best assets I believe.

Adam recently sold my house at Indooroopilly and while we didn't achieve the price we had hoped, we did achieve a price that I think was reasonable given that the property was flood affected in 2012. During the course of the sale Adam was always extremely helpful and provided good advice. He was very communicative and kept me informed of everything that was going on with open houses etc which was important to me as I live in NSW. All in all I would have no hesitation recommending Adam and Ray White to any prospective sellers.
