I had a recent property transaction with Barry Plant Traneit with Adam Bindra and Prince Thakkar who are absolutely hopeless and falling short of words to describe. It was a nightmare and painful property deal, this would be my first and last property deal with Barry Plant. Please find the below things I have noticed. To start with : 1) Seller biased 2) Money minded (They can only think about their commission from the seller, nothing else). 3) Unethical 4) Unprofessional 5) Big time liars (can go any extent to get the property sold and hide information). 6) They will chase the buyer until the buyer makes his initial deposit, later they don't even bother to respond. No even one great quality exists in these real estate agents. He and his team have got a sick attitude and behavior. They claim them self as professionals by staying in the real estate market for a couple of years. Well, let me explain to you, professionalism doesn't come with the number of years as experience, it comes with exposure to how you deal with buyer and seller. My property was not even cleaned properly and handed over to me even before and after final inspection, this shows how Barry Plant works.
