Adam cost us money by promising buyer we’d do extra things for the sale. He should have taken it out of his commission if he promised these things without our consent. Caused a mountain of stress for us. We were paying you, so you should work for us, not the buyer. Also did it to my daughter when she was selling. Should have listened to her.
Adam was fully aware of market trends and always gave timely information and feedback and was always contactable and replied promptly. Very efficient. He performed well above what we expected from him. We feel anyone utilizing his services would be extremely happy with all facets of his work ethics. He was happy to assist in other areas where he could. I highly recommend him.
