Adam was honest from the start as we discussed our asking price we knew we set the benchmark high but after researching our area we knew what we could get, Adam didn't promise us the world which we liked however I must say he went above and beyond and our asking price was delivered. What I like most of all about Adam is you got the honest truth, you don't see that much these days. Adam took the time to discuss the deals on the table at length and went above and beyond to ensure our price was met and he kept us updated all the way through and the one thing I did admire is he didn't lose momentum just because it took a little longer to sell.
