The advertisement for the property described a house that seemed to tick all my boxes. However, I have found actual home inspections usually are disappointing for one reason or another. Lyn was on site to show me through the house and after my 2nd Inspection I was able to negotiate with Adam, a price that was approved by the owners. We sold in middle of a pandemic, the thought was really intimidating but Adam & his team were so upfront, honest and walked us through every step of the way. I would easily recommend Star Partners Windsor to everyone in the local area.

Buyers and Sellers beware. EXTREMELY poor communication, made settlement deals with our potential buyers without our consent - we turned up to sign a contract and amendments were made without our approval. We were left but with no choice to sign. I have sold homes before, and this agency never provided me with appropriate reports following any open home. I had to contact them for feedback on how it went, chasing them up after every weekend. I also felt as though they were working for the buyer and not on my behalf as a seller - just felt like another number, another property they wanted to get off the market at whatever cost. I would never recommend selling my home through Starr Partners Windsor. Very disappointed.
