We both purchased a new home, and sold our existing home through Stone simultaneously and couldn’t fault the service provided by Adam. Adam knows the Hawkesbury better than anyone and got the exact price for our house that he predicted before we were even on the market, which was a lot higher than we were expecting. We had previously approached other local agents for price estimates and Adam secured us a sale that was nearly 15% higher than anyone else predicted, which we were thrilled with. Adam also negotiated a great buying price for our new home - he was very transparent with us regarding the property and we were able to use this to our advantage to secure a fantastic deal. This is the second time we have purchased property through Adam and we would definitely consider him if we were to buy / sell again in the future.

Luke was very easy to deal with at the time of purchasing BUT at the time of hand over he was out of town, there was no final inspection completed, had to drive to his office and collect my own keys. I would have though someone from his office would have meet us on site knowing we were settling on the day. Since settling I have left messages for Luke to contact us regarding broken items on the property, missing items and the state of the house in general. To this day almost two weeks later he has not returned my call. So, I won't be recommending stone real estate nor Luke for any further sale/buying of properties.

Adam has been a pleasure to work with throughout the whole process - from the initial market valuation through to settlement period. His knowledge of the local market and practical application to the sale of our house was very helpful and reaasuring.
