After our house hunting for months, I can tell you that Adam is the most efficent, honest and enthusiastic saleperson I've ever met. Due to our work timetable and the Convid-19 situation, we really didn't expect that we called Adam for an house inspection @11:33am and we were at the house @12pm having our inspection already at the same day. Although Adam looked like he rushed to be there (due to short notice), but thank you for doing that, we love the house and glad that we hadn't missed it! At the first second, Adam did look like a young real estate agent who may not having much experience about real estate (yet) to me, however it changed from the next second. Unlike other real estate we met who gave us either a cold and pushing feeling (or talking in a way that they don't seem like they know the house much), Adam dedicates to his job and gone through the house with us, good or bad, in a warm and helpful but not pushing way. That's the caring feeling of a saleperson you would like to do business with. We dealt with other agent who was not helpful, and it came out that we could beat the price of another buyer, but due to the unhelpfulness of the other agent, both us and the vendor missed the chance. However, we finally got what we are looking for and it suits us even better!). Thank you so much Adam, for helping us not only on our house hunting journey but also chasing up the bank's approval (slow process due to the convid-19 situation). We have no hesitation to recommend you to our friends and relatives, or anyone wants to purchase house in Pakenham!
