Lack of communication. For example they had an open house on my investment property but didn’t inform us! Even then we had to contact them to get the feedback rather than they keeping us informed. Even now, weeks after the property sold, the agency continues to send us emails regards to taking out tenant insurance on the property ! And wondering why we haven’t responded!
Adam was extremely helpful during the whole process doing what he could to get us into our new home sooner. Once we’re ready to sell, I know we’ll be calling Adam to sell it for us! Couldn’t rate him highly enough.
