Prior to joining the Position Property Development Site Sales team - I was with the Royal Australian Air Force, followed by roles both in Off-The Plan Residential Project Sales, as well as Commercial Sales & Leasing. During this time I also obtained a Bachelor’s Degree (hons) in Business and Real Estate Development from the University of Queensland.
This collective background has provided me with a core understanding of the fundamentals fields of Real Estate, Town Planning, Architecture, Construction and Financial Feasibility Models – which allows me to determining the highest and best use of your development site, in order to achieve the greatest possible result.
My goal is to ensure that vendors feel they have 100% commitment from their real estate agent. To not experience the same under-performing service often delivered to them by agents without the technical understanding for selling residential and mixed use development sites, and importantly to negotiate for you, the best return on your residential development site.
