Adam was my first choice as an agent as he is well versed in all aspects of the local area as he grew up here and still has so many long term associations with the area. I was impressed that Adam knew so much about the sales in the past for apartments in my block. We agreed to a price range which was realistic. I respected his suggestions regarding presentation for sale. Adam’s negotiation skills are outstanding. His calm, courteous manner gained the best possible result. I am so happy.

Adam was extremely professional and helpful. Quick and clear responses to any and all questions.
