Adam had the task of selling my parents home of 36 years urgently. You see both my parents are now in a nursing home. My dad unexpectedly so. I was on an emotional roller coaster. Adam suggested an auction. I set the date 4 weeks later....I had planned an overseas holiday on a cruise for 16 days during this time. Communication at this time would be difficult. Adam held open houses 3 times each week whilst I was away (the neighbours even reported how great he had been in doing this). After every open house I would get a message/email advising me of how many people had been through and who may be a potential buyer. I returned home with 1 week to auction. I was well informed by Adam what the process of auction would be. All people who attended the open houses were informed and contacted the week of auction . My parents home sold at auction. It was a done unconditional deal. It was a wonderful outcome for myself and my parents. I highly recommend Adam. He read the family situation perfectly, worked hard at getting my parent’s home known to buyers, communicated effectively to keep me informed of every aspect of the sale and finally the house was sold at auction. He achieved this and all the while remained calm, kind and positive.
