Fantastic agent

I had my home listed with Harcourts for 8-10 weeks. Very poor attitude and commitment to selling my home with her fielding offers of high 7's to mid 8's with Melissa telling me to find another agent if I wished. I took up the offer and engaged Adam as I was interested in a property he had. He put the home on his website and within 24 hours I had a signed contract. Him and his team go above and beyond for the seller with great communication, bringing a professional standard second to none to the table. Very easy going and doesn't talk any shit like the prior agency. I couldn't recommend the Adam Charlton realty team any higher. Don't bother using any other agency. 5 star service, attitude and commitment
