From the first conversation with Adam, I knew he wasn't your typical agent.

Adam was straight down the line from the very first conversation we had which subsequently ended in our purchase of that property. He was involved every step through to settlement. He had answers and recommendations at his fingertips eg. Council rates notice, local building inspector etc. When he said he'd get back to me with an answer, it was usually within 15 min. We subsequently engaged his team to manage our rental property which is running smoothly. Adam also keeps me updated with the real estate market in his area and I would most certainly buy /rent through him over anyone else.
