Adam was great to deal with as he was very responsive to our queries - even after the property was sold. He has good local knowledge and was patient and helpful - even lent us his laser device to measure the sizes of rooms! He’s helped us source local trades and it was a very pleasant experience to deal with him.

When we first inspected the property Adam meet us and showed us around. He came across as very friendly, easy to talk to, approachable and knowledgable. Well able to answer our questions and queries. He was good at keeping in contact with us, but not pushy. He always promptly rang back when we left a message. We felt he could have pushed a bit harder to provide section 32 to us earlier, but apart from this we were very pleased with his service and happy with the outcome.

Adam was fantastic. He really supported us through a rather difficult negotiation phase. Communicated with us very well through all aspects of the process.
