Adam listed the unit on the internet one day and sold it the next! I still didn't believe it until a month later the money from the sale was in the bank! We live in Adelaide and unfortunately had to sell the Cooee Bay unit. Adam and Anna did everything including arranging the final clean, selling a wash machine and fridge and donating furniture. Anna even posted mementos to us so we didn't have to fly back up. Excellent communicators and nothing was too much trouble.
