Overall Adam is a very eager, helpful and pleasant man who seeks to act in the best interest of both parties. There were instances where the contract brought out some complexities in the settlement leading to some of Adam's interactions being strained, confusing and at the detriment of the buyer. However, these complexities were resolved fairly quickly and with acknowledgement of error and misunderstanding from Adam - a quality not often found with agents. Adam continued to be available for assistance and questions post settlement and wrapped up the purchase in a very positive way.
