At the initial selection process (when several agencies were first interviewed) Adam made a number of commitments, which were essentially:- 1. He has very strong local knowledge having lived in the shire for 42 years, and an even more intimate knowledge of Sylvania, where he not only works, but also lives with his family 2. He is very very passionate about what he does, and is equally enthusiastic about all opportunities awarded to him 3. He has a very strong and experienced team that work together to maximise the results for the client (not in silo's competing against each other like some other agencies) 4.
