We used the services of Ray White at Sylvania both to buy our new home, and to sell the existing one. Adam and his team applied due diligence to their work, always followed up on any requests made to them. Adam always conducted himself in an ethical and professional manner. I found Adam and Ivan both well manned, friendly and very competent at their craft and would not hesitate to recommend this Agency's service.
My husband and I are very happy with Adam's handling of the sale of our apartment. He was very honest and straight forward with all information He achieved a price which we were satisfied.
At the end of the day what a vendor wants from a real estate agent is for them to sell their property at a fair price. That's the bottom line. It sounds simple. However, in an ever changing market it takes skill, enthusiasm and market knowledge to bring about the sale. The assistance we received from Adam and his team was that and more. Our property was sold before auction. It was an emotional journey for us to move on from this property and Adam understood that and yet still kept us on track. We have bought and sold through Adam before and he will certainly be the first person we call when we decide to sell again.
We were thrilled with the way Adam went far and beyond normal expectations of a selling agent to make our purchase happen with no stress and anxiety on our part. We would throughly recommend Adam without any hesitation.
It was a pleasure to do with Ray White Sylvania. They are very friendly and happy to always help out. I would definitely recommend signing up with them.
Adam has been a great selling agent who helped with our sale above and beyond expectation. We would definitely use him again. Do yourself a favor and go to Adam for your selling needs.
We couldn't be happier with the result Adam achieved for us. His professionalism and communication was second to none. We would highly recommend him to any of our family and friends.
Adam was the most professional and honest real estate agent I have ever used. I have dealt with many and he stands above them all for honestly and communication. I had had a review and valuation done on one of my properties by another real estate and went to Adam to gain a second opinion. Adam gave me what he believed the market value was and was also able to sell it at this exact expectation in less than 3 days. He has great communication skills and at any time throughout the 3 days I knew exactly what was happening with my property. I would recommend Adam to anyone and everyone and I will use Adam when I buy and sell property. He is an asset to any business and is the reason why Ray White Sylvania has a great reputation. Thank you Adam so much a true delight to deal with.
It was a pleasure purchasing our new home through Adam. We both felt comfortable from the get go as he was helpful and informative with any questions we had for him. We would definitely recommend using Adam to anyone looking to buy or sell a property in the future.
We looked at a number of properties before finding the one we loved. Adam was honest and answered all our questions & explained everything in detail to us. Anytime I have called to ask a question he has always answered and been more than happy to help me. Would recommend him to anyone wanting to buy/sell.
