Adam outlined the campaign and provided us with a detailed schedule. The campaign was run very efficiently and Adam's promotion of the property led to well attended open house inspections. Adam rang after each inspection and kept us up to speed with how things were going. This was also supported with email reports. On the day of the auction the whole process didn't miss a beat. It was obvious that Adam had cultivated a good rapport with interested parties. We found Adam easy to work with, very knowledgeable and he was happy to answer any questions we had.
