He had an excellent knowledge of all procedures and was able to help us deal with all aspects. He kept all appointments on time and informed us immediately of any (even minor) hiccoughs. Adam represented the builders selling our brand new house. He has a relaxed approach but is eager to answer any questions clearly and without equivocation. Anything he was unclear about he sought answers from the vendors and promptly reported his findings. His communication was excellent. Even after exchange of contracts, within one week of first inspection, Adam continued to offer assistance and professional advice whenever we contacted him. All with a very pleasant manner, and nothing too much trouble. An extremely friendly yet businesslike agent whom we have been very happy to do business through.
