High praise to both Adam and Chelsea. Adam made the first contact so relaxing and worry free, like catching up with a mate. He went through the whole process to sell and informed me of all required information, also patiently answered my hundred questions. Both Adam and Chelsea kept me constantly updated and went above and beyond every step of the way. As I was interstate, they kept an eye on my house and advised if any maintenance was required (eg Lawn or Pool) they even arranged for the work to be done on my behalf. Their dedication was outstanding and always happy to help. I really can’t thank them both enough for the work they put in, their continued communication and for taking the stress out of everything for me. I didn’t have to worry about a thing, I was looked after from day one.

Adam wasn't pushy, wasn't arrogant, and didn't try to convince us or pressure us into anything we weren't sure of. He didn't hover while we were looking through, he let us explore the property at our own pace and was available to answer questions if we needed. There was no typical 'sales pitch', he provided knowledge and fact then let us make up our own mind. Communication during contract signing and throughout settlement was easy and he was really flexible and accommodating with his work hours to suit our needs.
