Selling / buying a home can be a challenging situation, I found dealing with Adam and his close team of professional / experienced members a breeze and the selling of the property was very straight forward. Any topic that arrived was dealt with quickly / effectively with well a communicated approach to resolving any challenge that popped up, planed or otherwise. Along with his cheerful nature was a consistent 'can do' commitment to ensuring the experience was favourable / memorable. I would do business with Adam again without hesitation and wish him and his team well in all future opportunities.
I choose Adam de Jong as the agent to assist me as from word of mouth Adam would get you the best deal. Adam attended my residence, did an assessment and from that moment Adam displayed confidence, professionalism and excellent knowledge of the market. Once a price was agreed upon, Adam immediately began marketing my property. Adam provided informed advice throughout the sale process and was able to secure a selling price to my satisfaction. Adam provided me with assistance in purchasing of another property in an location not covered by his Real Estate Agency, providing good sound knowledgeable advice. I do recommend Adam as he has a passion for and skill in the Property Market.
Adam and Chelsea were extremely helpful and accommodating through the purchasing of our new home. Being interstate could have made the process difficult, but Chelsea was so incredibly helpful and always answered my emails quickly and nothing was too hard or a hindrance.
