We enjoyed working with Adam pre-eminently because he was positive and realistic about our house, and could see its possibilities. Other agents were unable to do this and only saw drawbacks and a quick sale at any price. Adam worked tirelessly to sell our house. It is perched on the side of a high hill with magnificent views and while prospective purchasers loved the house and the views, they did not like the hill as they wanted flat land for sheds to house caravans & boats. Despite this drawback, Adam retained a professional attitude to our house and its sale and this has borne fruit. We also enjoyed Adam's humour, good cheer and generosity.
