As my husband and I are moving from interstate and had only the internet to view and purchase a property in the Yeppoon area, we were unable to inspect before the purchase. We found a property a Kinka Beach and the real estate agent we dealt with was Adam de Jong of RMW Property Agency and found him and all the team at RMW to be incredibly reliable and helpful. Adam was always available and appreciated his patience with my many questions right through from the start to settlement and beyond. He is such a pleasure to work with and made our transition smooth. His easy going and friendly personality made us feel we were in very good hands with his sound knowledge of the area. I have no hesitation in recommending him as the No. 1 Property Agent for the area.

Adam’s relaxed and friendly demeanour made us feel very comfortable with engaging in the sale process. He was very much in touch with the property market, provided sound and informed advice and always responded quickly to any questions we had. The whole sale process was professional and seamless, thanks to Adam and his team.

Adam has been very professional with his communications in handling our business dealings and has a vast knowledge of the Real Estate industry.

Very easy to deal with, local knowledge and people skills are awesome. Highly recommend

We came back to Yeppoon looking for our first home, we visited multiple real estate agents and routinely felt like we were a nuisance or just another dollar sign. This was not the case with RMW and Adam de Jong! Adam was very polite and honest we had a barrage of questions with multiple properties and not once did Adam make us feel we were a hinderance, he made the buying process enjoyable and exciting the way it should be when purchasing your first place. I can not recommend Adam enough.

We enjoyed working with Adam pre-eminently because he was positive and realistic about our house, and could see its possibilities. Other agents were unable to do this and only saw drawbacks and a quick sale at any price. Adam worked tirelessly to sell our house. It is perched on the side of a high hill with magnificent views and while prospective purchasers loved the house and the views, they did not like the hill as they wanted flat land for sheds to house caravans & boats. Despite this drawback, Adam retained a professional attitude to our house and its sale and this has borne fruit. We also enjoyed Adam's humour, good cheer and generosity.

Adam made the process of selling our house very smooth. He was always available and happy to answer any questions we had. He was in contact often to update us which was great. We would thoroughly recommend Adam to anyone who is thinking of selling. We are very happy with everything.

Great communicator , friendly and helpful.

Patient, totally Professional, Adam is a joy to partner with. Liberal with his time and advise, we could not have wished for more. Highly recommend Adam to anyone wishing to engage in a A class Agent.

Adam went above and beyond in every aspect of selling our property. Always upbeat and enthusiastic he made what could have been a very stressful experience stress free and positive! A+

Was pleased with how Adam handled the offer we put forward to the sellers to get our desired outcome. We are very happy with the property. Trev and June Johnston
